1.1 Buying products on my website
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from me acknowledging that I have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
I must receive payment in whole for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by me, and availability of the product you have ordered is verified, I will send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and another email once it has been dispatched.
1.2 Prices and Payment
All prices on our website are given in EUROS and include VAT at the current rate, but exclusive of delivery costs. Please see the shipping section for current delivery costs and dates.
Please note I have no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
I enable payment by Stripe and PayPal (also MBWay for customers based in Portugal), and ship worldwide.
1.3 Liability
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from my site. The importation or exportation of certain goods to you may be prohibited by some national laws. I make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
